This Privacy Policy describes how Pikuizee (the “Site”), operated by Globalquimia LLC, collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit, use our services, or make a purchase from the Site.

1. Information We Collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase, we collect personal information including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information collected to:

  • Payment Processors: PayPal, Stripe, or Shopify Payments.
  • Fulfillment: Print-on-demand partners like Printify.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook).
  • Advertising Partners: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, including server-side conversion tracking used to measure and optimize advertising.
  • Shopify Network Intelligence: aggregated data from Shopify's merchant network, used to improve fraud prevention, ad segmentation, and personalization for our Site. No other merchant can see your individual data.

We use cookies to enhance your browsing experience and analyze site traffic. You may choose to disable cookies through your browser settings, though it may limit certain features of the Site.

We retain your order information for as long as necessary to fulfill your order and as required by law (for example, tax and accounting purposes). Your mobile app account information is retained while your account remains active. If you subscribed to marketing communications, we retain your contact information until you unsubscribe.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.

10. Mobile App: Health & Wellness Information

If you use the Pikuizee mobile app, this section explains how we handle the additional information the app collects, on top of the general practices described above.

Health & wellness information you provide: symptoms, dietary restrictions and allergies, wellness goals, and any ingredients or recipes you create with "Build Your Blend."

Account & device information: a device or account identifier, your display name (if set), your selected language, and your timezone.

Notifications: your notification preferences and a push token, used only to deliver reminders you've opted into.

Pikuizee+ subscription: your subscription status. Payments are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play — we never receive or store your payment card details.

We use this information to generate personalized recipes and recommendations, estimate nutrition, translate content into your preferred language, remind you of your daily rituals, and improve what we show you.

Crisis safety screening: the app includes a wellness check that may show you crisis support resources if what you describe suggests you may be in distress. This feature is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care, and is not monitored by a person in real time. For your safety, we keep a record that this screening occurred; we do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not sell it.

AI processing: recipes, translations, and nutrition estimates may be generated with the help of third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic or OpenAI), who process the text you provide solely to generate that content for you.

Other service providers: we use Railway for application hosting, Firebase Cloud Messaging and the Apple Push Notification service to deliver notifications, and Unsplash, Spoonacular, and TheCocktailDB as sources for some recipe images and inspiration.

You can delete your account and its associated data at any time from the app's Profile settings.
