1. Digital Products

Certain digital products are sold and delivered through third-party platforms such as Hotmart. Refunds, cancellations, and access are governed exclusively by the policies of the respective platform.

Globalquimia LLC does not process refunds directly for third-party digital products and is not responsible for their refund decisions.

2. Print-on-Demand Products

Due to the customized nature of print-on-demand items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

We will replace or refund items only if they arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

3. Products Fulfilled by Globalquimia LLC

For physical products fulfilled directly by us, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Non-Refundable Items
